2. Eligibility

3. Bookings and Cancellations

  • All bookings must be made via our website or through authorized contact channels.
  • Cancellations made more than 6 hours prior to the scheduled slot will be eligible for rescheduling or full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule a booking up to 2 times, provided it's done at least 6 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.

5. User Conduct

By using our facilities, you agree to:

  • Respect the equipment, property, and other users.
  • Wear proper sports attire and footwear.
  • Follow all facility rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines.
  • Avoid using abusive or inappropriate language.
  • Take responsibility for your personal belongings.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in temporary or permanent suspension from booking future sessions.

6. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance via our secure payment gateway.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, and other approved payment methods listed on the website.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed in line with our cancellation policy. Please allow 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account after a refund is approved.

8. Facility Usage

  • Users must arrive at least 10 minutes before their booking slot.
  • The booked slot includes setup and wrap-up time.
  • Any intentional damage to property will be charged to the user.

9. Liability Waiver

Circuit Sports is not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or medical conditions arising during or after facility use.
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings.

All users participate at their own risk. We recommend consulting a physician before engaging in physical activities.
