1. General Information

Circuit Sports is a multi-sports booking platform that allows users to book courts and facilities for various sports, including but not limited to paddle ball, football, and cricket. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with the terms stated herein.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Users under 18 must have the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

  • All bookings must be made via our website or through authorized contact channels.
  • Cancellations made more than 6 hours prior to the scheduled slot will be eligible for rescheduling or full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule a booking up to 2 times, provided it's done at least 6 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.

5. User Conduct

By using our facilities, you agree to:

  • Respect the equipment, property, and other users.
  • Wear proper sports attire and footwear.
  • Follow all facility rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines.
  • Avoid using abusive or inappropriate language.
  • Take responsibility for your personal belongings.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in temporary or permanent suspension from booking future sessions.

6. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance via our secure payment gateway.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, and other approved payment methods listed on the website.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed in line with our cancellation policy. Please allow 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account after a refund is approved.

8. Facility Usage

  • Users must arrive at least 10 minutes before their booking slot.
  • The booked slot includes setup and wrap-up time.
  • Any intentional damage to property will be charged to the user.

9. Liability Waiver

Circuit Sports is not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or medical conditions arising during or after facility use.
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings.

All users participate at their own risk. We recommend consulting a physician before engaging in physical activities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, brand names, images, and designs on our website are the property of Circuit Sports and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.
